Strengthening Civil Society Programme

Funding for expert legal hub organisations

We currently have a new open round of funding for expert legal ‘hub organisations’. The funding is designed to help hub organisations to scale their activities to enable them to work with more civil society organisations to challenge discrimination and disadvantage and create long-term social change.

Up to £150,000 available over three years. We expect to make 7-8 grants.

Funding for organisations using legal action to address racial injustice in the criminal justice system

Grants of up to £50,000 over 18 months are available for work which engages with all aspects of the criminal justice system: policing, courts (including the Crown Prosecution Service), prisons, and the probation service.
