To ensure the Concluding Observations of the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child are fully utilised as an advocacy tool by voluntary sector organisations.

To support Deaf and Disabled people's organisations to secure Disabled people's rights under the Human Rights Act, Care Act and Equality Act and to scrutinise public sector decision making.
