We are looking for a Learning Partner to support a five-year programme to increase the use of human rights based approaches to achieve change for communities in London
Strengthening Civil Society

We are looking for a Learning Partner to support a five-year programme to increase the use of human rights based approaches (HRBAs) by civil society to achieve tangible social change for communities in London.

The programme is jointly funded by the Baring Foundation and the City Bridge Foundation, with the British Institute of Human Rights and JustFair acting as development partners. This first year is a year of development and we then hope to support selected civil society organisations to develop projects that support their communities to use HRBAs to achieve change.

The learning partner will support us throughout the lifecycle of the project to reflect on progress, identify areas for improvement, and support dissemination of learning.

To find out more about the objectives of the Learning Partnership and the skills we are looking for, please see the Tender Document.

Eligibility: we welcome tenders from organisations with the right experience and expertise, including not-for-profit organisations, companies, and universities. Individuals with the necessary breadth of experience and expertise are also welcome to apply.

Duration: we expect the partnership to run from February 2024 to February 2029.

Budget: £35,000 over five years, inclusive of all time, expenses, taxes, and any other associated costs.

Deadline for tender submissions: Monday 4 December 2023
