To support the Justice Together Initiative.

To use the law and a human rights based approach to address inequality and disadvantage experienced by Gypsies & Travellers compounded by Covid-19.

To increase capacity to support collaboration with partner NGOs, undertake impact work and to meet the shortfall in funding for lawyers.

To support a public interest discrimination case challenging the Government’s Self-Employed Income Support Scheme.

To challenge the evidential requirements in long residence applications for people who have been rough sleeping.

To undertake strategic legal work to help families with children pushed into or further into poverty.

To support a legal challenge calling for transparency concerning the government's refusal to publish details of the COVID-19 NHS datastore.

To support an urgent legal challenge to changes made (in response to Covid-19) to the process by which appeals are considered by the tribunals.

To continue work to change the law on siblings’ rights for looked after children; and support other organisations to use the law to realise children's rights in Scotland.
