Call for tenders: evaluation of our International Development programme

We are looking for evaluator(s) to review the Foundation's support for local LGBTI civil society organising in sub-Saharan Africa over the last seven years.
International Development

The Baring Foundation is pleased to announce a call for tenders for an independent evaluation of its International Development programme.

In 2021, the Foundation will be undertaking a broad review of the programme after seven years supporting locally based civil society in sub-Saharan Africa to address discrimination and disadvantage based on gender, sexual orientation or gender identity. We have a specific interest in supporting organisations that address discrimination against lesbian, bisexual and queer (LBQ) women and trans people.

This evaluation will inform the strategic direction of the International Development programme for at least the next five years. It is a key part of the review process and we want it to be intellectually challenging with practical recommendations for our future activities.

In the tender document, please find:

The deadline for applications is 5pm GMT on 8 December 2020.
